Delivery & Returns
Before ordering handbags and day bags
Compare the listed dimensions, pack format and compatibility with your requirements. One attached adjustable shoulder strap; no detachable crossbody strap.
Checking the delivery address
For a Satchel Muse order, review the recipient, street, apartment where applicable, city, region, postcode and country at the delivery step. No installation service is selected by the product planner.
The delivery amount in your bag
This shop currently calculates $5.95 delivery below $100 of goods and no delivery charge from $100. A change to quantity or product option updates the total before order review.
Inspecting and caring for your item
For Small Crescent Shoulder Bag: Empty before cleaning. Wipe gently with a soft damp cloth and air dry away from heat. Do not machine wash or soak. Inspect your own ordered listing’s included contents and keep the relevant packaging and product information while resolving a query.
